As illustrated below in the conceptual site plan, our development team has identified multiple uses for the overall property, balancing the mix with single-family residential, multifamily allocations, a commercial district in line with our Cambridge Square development, municipal/education facilities, entertainment districts, preserved land, and senior living. This diverse mix enables a neighborhood that is all-inclusive, emphasizes flexibility and interconnectivity, and maximizes the overall use of the property.
