Land Planning, site planning, development, and, sales and marketing for Hardwick will be overseen by BP Construction — the same developer who has overseen Ooltewah’s Cambridge Square from it earliest stages. BP works closely with ownership, sub-contractors, and prospective tenants to ensure that the cohesiveness and quality of its development projects remain intact from beginning to end. It seeks sustainable, value-driven partners who see the long-term vision of the region, and who engage in relationships that are lasting, not transitive or trend-driven. BP recognizes that comprehensive, successful communities stretch well beyond infrastructure and initial tenant procurement which is why we are very selective when it comes to creating places that offer a rewarding experience for our tenants and their patrons.

Berry Engineers, LLC | Cleveland

Founded in 2012 by brothers Ben and Chris Berry, Berry Engineers strives to provide quality engineering services. We believe that a hands-on approach to design results in a higher quality project and a more satisfied client. The firm specializes in Commercial Site Design, Multi-Family Developments, and Single-Family Subdivisions.

Town Studio | Glenn Walters | Asheville, NC

Glenn Walters has over 35 years of experience planning neighborhoods, communities, towns and counties as a planner, landscape architect and developer. He has led projects internationally and in all corners of the United States and has collaborated and honed his process with the brightest, most innovative minds in the real estate, design and planning professions.

While with Design Workshop, he was a leader in new community planning, small area planning, corridor planning, and comprehensive planning. While there he learned that great and lasting places sit at the intersection of landscape, culture, environment, placemaking, and economy.

He has practiced within the various eras of thought related to master planned communities, new urbanism, green urbanism, agri-hoods, and transit-oriented development. This allows him a broad and open minded point of view. Mostly, his work celebrates and makes visible the cultural and environmental attributes that residents cherish and that make places unique and special.

Recent & Current Projects

Cambridge Square Ooltewah, TN

Cambridge Square is a masterplanned community located in Ooltewah, Tennessee. It is located less than a quarter-mile east of I-75 and consists of 130 acres that run parallel with the famed Honors golf course. Work began in 2013 and Cambridge is now home to more than 45 commercial tenants (170,000 SFT of restaurant, retail, and office), and more than 50 single family homes. BP Construction has overseen all development, general contracting, marketing and sales, and tenant relations.

Apison & Lee

Chattanooga, TN

Completed in 2021, Summit at Apison and Lee and consists of two, two-story professional buildings totaling approximately 20,000 square feet with private parking for employees and patrons. The buildings were designed by River Street Architecture. The top floor of one building was pre-leased to Wright Pediatric Dentistry, now open and operating. Both buildings are equipped with elevators, common area lobbies and second floor balconies. Office suites may range from 1500 to more than 4,000 square feet. BP Construction is currently handling property management and lease negotiations. (This project was duplicated in the Cleveland market.)

West Village

Chattanooga, TN

West Village is an urban redevelopment district in downtown Chattanooga, consisting of street and building renovations on 8th, Pine, and Chestnut, as well as the redevelopment of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield building into a Westin Hotel. The district has been converted into an entertainment destination through its retail and commercial tenants, as well as street-level design features that advocate pedestrian access over vehicular. BP oversaw a number of the project’s streetscape elements as well as renovation activity in several of the structures.

It sells many categories such as Housewares, Clothing, Toys, Pet, Grocery, Lawn and Garden, Linens, Sporting Goods, Health and Beauty, Tools, etc. Discovery carries your basic necessity items such as toilet paper or laundry detergent so you can come get what you need and discover other great deals and bargains while you are here.
